Refund policy

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery of the item, if the item is unused/unopened and in its original condition and packaging. We will refund the full order amount, minus the original shipping costs and any fees associated with the original purchase. For example, PayPal fees. Shipping for the return of the item, will be at the customers expense.

If an item is purchased as part of a 'Sale' there will be no refunds/returns.

If your order arrives damaged in any way or there is a manufacturing fault, please email us as soon as possible at utopianailed@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
